Welcome to VetForge.app. This Website and the downloadable software applications VetForge Suite and Inside VA (collectively, the "Software") are owned and operated by Hempfling Systems LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our Website, creating an account, or downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Website or the Software.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Software License Grant & Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Hempfling Systems LLC grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and run VetForge Suite and Inside VA on personal or business computers solely for your operational use.

Prohibited Actions

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the Software’s source code.
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the Software.
Rent, lease, loan, resell, sublicense, or distribute the Software.
Remove or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices.

3. Local Data Storage & User Responsibility

Our Software features a 100% local architecture.

No Cloud Hosting: We do not store, back up, or host any medical documents or data you import.
Data Loss Disclaimer: You are solely responsible for backing up your local storage drives.

Hempfling Systems LLC is not liable for any loss, corruption, or destruction of your local documents or data resulting from crashes, updates, hardware failures, or any other cause.

4. Free Tier & Access Modifications

We may modify, update, suspend, or terminate the free tier or any feature at any time without notice.
We may introduce fees, subscriptions, or paid tiers for future updates or advanced features.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website and within the Software—including software code, UI designs, text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and the names VetForge Suite and Inside VA—is the exclusive property of Hempfling Systems LLC and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and Software are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
Any guarantee that the Software will be error‑free, secure, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
Any guarantee that the Software complies with local medical or legal compliance frameworks.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to access the Software (currently $0.00 for free tiers).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Hempfling Systems LLC is legally registered, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
